The Next Regular Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 4:00 p.m., followed by the First Budget Hearing at 5:01 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Airport Administration Building at 355 Golden Knights Blvd., Titusville, FL and will be held virtually through Zoom.

FOR VAC APRON
AT
SPACE COAST REGIONAL AIRPORT
TITUSVILLE, FLORIDA

Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment for the project entitled “VAC APRON” at Space Coast Regional Airport will be received by the Titusville-Cocoa Airport Authority at the Office of the Executive Director, Space Coast Regional Airport, 355 Golden Knights Boulevard, Titusville, Florida 32780, until 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, July 29, 2021, at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project is located at the Space Coast Regional Airport within Brevard County, Florida. The scope of this project is to build a new apron and connector from taxiway including two water retention areas. Drainage improvements are also included in the VAC Apron work scope.
 Notice to Proceed for this project will be issued upon completion of all preconstruction activities and permitting. Contract time from NTP is 270 Calendar Days plus 30 Days for Punchlist and Closeout.
 A NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held at the Space Coast Regional Airport (355 Golden Knights Blvd, Titusville, Florida 32780) at 1:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the address above. A site visit will be conducted immediately following the meeting.
Bid Documents may be obtained in digital format from Michael Baker International on or after Thursday, July 1, 2021.  Bid Documents may be downloaded using a secure file transfer system (FTP link) provided by Michael Baker Jr., Inc.  All requests for plans shall be sent to John Neff at John.Neff@mbakerintl.com
